ISO 9001:2015 (Sistem Manajemen Mutu)
ISO 9001 atau QMS ISO 9001 atau SNI ISO 9001 adalah standardisasi internasional yang paling dasar yaitu standard yang mengatur Sistem manajemen Mutu, saat ini hadir dengan versi terbarunya yaitu ISO 9001:2015. Metode Pendekatan ISO 9001:2015menggunakan pendekatan proses (Process Approach), pendekatan sistem (system approach) dan juga menggunakan pola Plan – Do – Check – Action (PDCA) – Continuous Improvement.
ISO 9001:2015 mengatur bagaimana sistem manajemen harus dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi untuk bisa menjamin mutu produknya, baik barang (goods) maupun jasa (service) , agar mutu produk tersebut sesuai dengan persyaratan pelanggan, atau persyaratan lain, maupun sesuai standard mutu yg telah ditetapkan organisasi yang berfokus pada manajemen atau pengelola mutu organisasi tersebut. Kepatuhan atau compliance inilah yg membedakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 dengan model manajemen lainnya, organisasi tidak bisa bebas mengembangkan sendiri sistem manajemennya. Itulah sebabnya audit ISO 9001:2015 yang dilakukan oleh Badan Sertifikasi disebut juga dengan compliance audit atau audit kepatuhan.
Berbicara Mutu di dalam ISO 9001:2015 bisa mencakup kualitas produk (Q), biaya atau Cost (C), pengiriman atau Delivery (D), keamanan / keselamatan atau safety (S) dan moral (M) atau biasa disingkat dengan QCDSM. Sedangkan dokumen dalam sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 biasanya berisi kebijakan mutu (Quality Policy), sasaran mutu (Quality Objectives), dan pedoman mutu (Quality Manual).
